Heating method of aluminum alloy casting bar
a. The heating time is short, and it can reach about 500 ℃ in 3 minutes;
b. The extrusion temperature control is accurate and the error is not more than ± 3 ℃.
If the resistance furnace is used to heat slowly, the Mg2Si phase will precipitate and the strengthening effect will be affected.
2. Extrusion method of aluminum profile
a. The temperature of 6082 alloy should be higher than the upper limit (480-500 ℃);
b. The temperature of aluminum extrusion die should also be on the high side;
c. In order to prevent tail shrinkage or inclusion of bubbles, oxide scale and impurities, the excess pressure should be kept longer;
d. In order to make the main strengthening phase Mg2Si completely solid solution, the quenching temperature should be above 500 ℃, and the extrusion outlet temperature should be controlled at 500-530 ℃;
